    Learn boundaries and confidentiality through fictional situations.

  4. Activation and guidance

    Access to listening depends on completion of the pathway criteria. Authorized staff can intervene when needed.

Languages and channels

French, Moroccan Darija and English. Choose the languages and channels you feel comfortable using. Text chat and audio are equally important.

Your commitment

Share your actual availability. A private space, suitable equipment and a reliable connection are needed. Scheduling uses your availability and permissions to arrange shifts during service hours.

Your support

The journey includes planned training, supervision and technical support. Personal support remains separate from recruitment assessment.
