Birds Meet · Community Hub
Space for you. Connections to build.
Take a first step towards talking about what you are going through: the Birds Meet Hub offers your first two private sessions free of charge, subject to practitioner availability. You can also explore a space to connect and take part in community life.
Open the Birds Meet Hub — Opens in a new tabYour first two sessions are free
Your first two private sessions are free. They are offered with a therapist, a clinical psychologist or a trainee psychologist, depending on their availability. Check each person’s profile, professional status and available times on the Hub before booking. If you wish to continue, subsequent sessions are paid: agree on the fee directly with the practitioner after your discovery sessions, before booking further sessions.
A community taking shape
Our ambition for the Hub is to make room for group discussions, gatherings and mental health resources. Visit the Hub to see which activities are currently offered.
Separate from guest listening
The Hub is a private space: you must sign up to view profiles and book. This account is separate from guest listening by chat or audio. Check each activity’s privacy rules before sharing personal information.
