Talk without giving your identity
Guest access does not require your contact details. It does not guarantee absolute anonymity: the service uses identifiers and technical metadata to operate. Avoid sharing details that could identify you.
Volunteer listening and guidance. This service does not replace therapy or emergency assistance.
Contact forms and applications
Your email address, message and information you choose to provide are used to review your request and reply. Staff authorized for the relevant topic can read the request, add a follow-up note and export information needed to handle it. These forms do not create an account or subscribe you to a newsletter. Do not send passwords, identity documents or detailed accounts of a listening session.
For requests about your data, contact support@birdsmeet.org. The form is separate from anonymous listening and news subscriptions.
Audience measurement: your choice
When this feature is available, we count some visits only if you accept audience measurement. It covers seven public pages: home, resources, our mission, support, Hub, professionals and organizations, in French, Arabic and English. Individual articles, application and account pages, private areas, listening journeys and form contents are not measured.
Counts are grouped by day, page, language and broad source category, such as search or social media. They contain no name, email, visitor identifier, IP address, full referring address or text entered in a form. We do not geolocate visitors: the country remains “unknown”. These counts do not provide an exact number of people.
Your choice is remembered in this browser for 180 days. You can decline or withdraw permission through “Change my privacy choices” in the footer of public pages. Withdrawal stops future measurement; it does not remove visits already added to grouped counts, which are not linked to your identity. A time marker kept in the tab is used only to estimate a new visit after 30 minutes without a measured page.
Measurement uses the Birds Meet platform, without Google Analytics or advertising pixels. Accepting or declining does not affect access to listening. The 180 days refer to your browser choice, not a stated retention period for statistics. Technical access needed for operation and security remains separate from these counts.
Report support sent by bank transfer
When the reporting form is available, your first name, last name, email and declared amount in Moroccan dirhams are used to locate your transfer and contact you about it. The message is optional. No account is required. Do not include health information, listening conversation details or bank account details: this form does not request supporting attachments.
Authorized administrators handle these reports in a dedicated financial area; they can read them and export the information needed to process them. This does not subscribe you to news, trigger an automatic email or link your report to a listening conversation.
Your report does not confirm receipt of funds: a person must check the bank transfer before marking it as received. This form does not issue a tax receipt. Retention periods and deletion arrangements for these reports still need to be defined before public opening; no automatic deletion is claimed at this stage.
Information for each journey
Guest listening is separate from team accounts, applications and training. These journeys use different information.
Receive news when you choose
When this option is offered, you can provide your email and, optionally, a first name or nickname. Subscribing is optional and does not affect access to listening or your place in the queue. It stays separate from your conversations. You confirm your choice through an email link and can unsubscribe at any time.

Where will the platform be hosted?
The planned hosting for this new platform is OVHcloud in Paris, in the European Union. Deployment has not taken place yet. This does not mean that every related service or data processing activity will be located exclusively in the European Union.
