Write or speak: choosing your first listening session

A conversation with a person Birds Meet offers human listening for adults aged 18 and over. Text chat and audio are equally valid choices. You may prefer writing when you want time to find your words, or audio when speaking feels easier. No chatbot conducts the conversation. Choose your language The website is available in French, Arabic and English. Human conversations are offered in French, Moroccan Darija and English. An Arabic interface therefore does not mean that a session in Standard Arabic is offered. Choose the language you wish to use, then check the options displayed. Join as a guest Start from the listening page and choose writing or speaking. Guest listening does not require a community account, email address or phone number. Read the information shown before requesting a session. If a questionnaire about your reasons is offered, it is optional and gives no priority. Understand availability An opening time does not guarantee that a listener who matches your language and channel is connected and ready. The page shows the current situation; no response time is guaranteed. You may leave the queue. If listening is closed or unavailable, explore resources or the Hub information without assuming an immediate appointment there. During the conversation You decide what to share and may end the conversation. Listening is not a consultation, a diagnosis or an emergency service.
