Guest listening The listening space lets you request a human conversation by text or audio, subject to the options displayed. Adults can access it without a mandatory account. A listener welcomes what you want to say within their role; this is not a professional consultation and does not provide a diagnosis. The Hub The Hub is a separate space for seeking professional support. Its home page is hub.birdsmeet.org. Registration or sign-in is required to view profiles and book. Visiting the listening website does not automatically create a Hub account or appointment. Before booking Check each provider’s exact profession, status, languages and arrangements. Profiles may describe therapists, clinical psychologists or trainee psychologists: these titles are not interchangeable. Ask about the proposed setting, especially when the provider is a trainee. Discovery sessions Under the offer announced by Birds Meet, the first two discovery sessions are free, subject to availability. If you continue, subsequent sessions are paid. Agree the price directly with the professional after the discovery sessions and before booking further sessions. No single price or immediate appointment is guaranteed. Check practical arrangements with the professional too. The choice remains yours A listening conversation creates no obligation to book. Its contents are not automatically sent to the Hub. If you contact a professional, you choose what you want to tell them.
